Our Therapy Philosophy

Therapy designed around the person, not only the diagnosis.

Every individual has different strengths, challenges, routines and goals. Therapy begins by understanding the whole person and creating a plan that supports meaningful participation in everyday life.

A Thoughtful Approach

“Progress becomes meaningful when therapy connects with real routines, real relationships and the activities that matter most to the individual.”

Dr. Henna Khanna · Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapy is most effective when the individual feels understood, supported and actively involved in the process.

Dr. Henna’s approach begins with careful observation, assessment and conversation. Rather than focusing only on a diagnosis, she considers how challenges affect learning, movement, self-care, behaviour, work, relationships and daily participation.

Therapy goals are selected according to what will make the greatest practical difference. Each session is structured to build skills gradually while respecting the individual’s comfort, pace and unique way of engaging with the world.

01

See the Whole Person

Therapy considers abilities, challenges, routines, environment, relationships and individual goals.

02

Build Meaningful Goals

Priorities are selected according to what will create practical, measurable and valuable change.

03

Involve Families

Families and caregivers receive guidance that supports consistency outside the therapy setting.

04

Encourage Sustainable Progress

Skills are developed gradually so they can be used with confidence across everyday environments.

How Therapy Takes Shape

A clear and collaborative process

Every therapy journey is individual, but the process remains thoughtful, structured and transparent.

01

Understand

Listen to concerns, routines, strengths and priorities.

02

Assess

Identify functional needs and factors influencing participation.

03

Plan
