Do not rely on website information, email or WhatsApp for urgent medical decisions. Contact an appropriate emergency or medical service when there is immediate risk, severe symptoms or urgent concern.

Complete Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply to website and service use.

Read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and any booking-specific information communicated for your consultation or therapy service.

01

Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to blessingstherapy.com, website enquiries and the administrative arrangements connected with services offered by Blessings Therapy Centre.

By using the website, submitting an enquiry or booking a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and any appointment-specific information communicated to you.

When you act for a child or another person, you confirm that you are legally authorised to provide information, make arrangements and give instructions on their behalf.

02

Website information is general

Website content is provided for general educational and service information. It does not constitute an individual assessment, diagnosis, prescription, medical opinion or guarantee that Occupational Therapy is suitable for a particular person.

Health and developmental information can change and may not reflect every person’s circumstances. Decisions about assessment, therapy, medical care or urgent support should be made with an appropriately qualified professional.

The website, email and WhatsApp are not emergency services. For an urgent medical or safety concern, contact an appropriate emergency or medical service immediately.

03

Consultations and therapy services

A website enquiry does not create a therapist–client relationship or guarantee an appointment. A professional relationship begins only after the centre accepts the booking and the required consent, assessment or service arrangements are completed.

Services may include paediatric Occupational Therapy, adult rehabilitation, parent consultation and online Occupational Therapy where clinically and practically appropriate.

The therapist may recommend a different service, further assessment, medical review or another professional when the requested service is not suitable or sufficient.

04

Appointments, availability and location

Appointments are subject to therapist availability, service suitability, clinic capacity and confirmation by the centre.

The centre may offer in-clinic appointments at its Bengaluru locations or online appointments. The confirmed date, time, location, format and preparation requirements will be communicated before the appointment.

Please arrive or join at the confirmed time. Late arrival may reduce the available session time when the therapist has another appointment afterwards.

05

Fees, payment and invoices

Applicable fees, payment timing and accepted payment method will be communicated before or when an appointment is confirmed. Fees may differ by service, duration, assessment requirements, report preparation or location.

You are responsible for checking the confirmed fee and paying by the stated deadline. An appointment may remain unconfirmed or be released when required payment is not received.

Any insurer, employer or third-party reimbursement is your responsibility unless the centre expressly agrees otherwise in writing. The centre does not guarantee that a service will be reimbursed.

06

Rescheduling, cancellation and missed appointments

The rescheduling, cancellation, missed-appointment and refund arrangements applicable to your booking will be communicated when the appointment is arranged.

Contact the centre as early as possible when you need to change an appointment. Repeated late cancellation, non-attendance or unsafe participation may affect future booking availability.

The centre may reschedule or cancel an appointment because of therapist illness, safety, technology failure, emergency, clinic closure or another circumstance outside reasonable control. The team will offer an appropriate administrative next step.

07

Online consultations and tele-therapy

Online services are offered only when the therapist considers the format suitable for the person, goals, available information, safety and required assessment.

You are responsible for providing a suitable device, internet connection, private and safe space, accurate location details and appropriate caregiver support when requested.

Online communication may be affected by delay, interruption, device failure or platform limitations. The therapist may pause or end a session when privacy, safety, identity, location or clinical suitability cannot be reasonably confirmed.

Do not record, photograph, stream or allow another person to join an online or in-clinic session without prior agreement.

08

Children, guardians and authorised representatives

A parent, lawful guardian or properly authorised representative must arrange services and provide consent for a child or a person who cannot independently provide valid consent.

The centre may request documents or information reasonably needed to confirm identity, guardianship, decision-making authority or permission to exchange information.

Where parents, guardians or professionals disagree about consent or information sharing, the centre may pause services until authority and safety are clarified.

09

Your responsibilities

Provide information that is accurate, relevant and complete to the best of your knowledge, including important medical, developmental, medication, allergy, safety or risk information.

Follow agreed safety instructions and tell the therapist when an activity causes pain, distress, fatigue or another concern.

Use respectful communication and protect the privacy of staff, clients and families. Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent or unsafe conduct may result in a session being stopped or future services being declined.

Therapy recommendations are individual. Do not provide another person with exercises, reports or strategies as though they were assessed for that person.

10

Communications and electronic records

You may communicate with the centre through forms, phone, email, WhatsApp or other approved channels. You consent to receiving service-related messages through the contact details you provide.

Electronic messages can be delayed, misdirected or accessed by others who use your device or account. Do not send passwords, unnecessary identity documents or highly sensitive records until the centre confirms an appropriate channel.

The centre may keep administrative and clinical records of communications as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable professional or legal requirements.

11

Website and therapy-material intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, layout, graphics, downloadable resources and centre-created therapy materials are owned by or licensed to Blessings Therapy Centre.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, remove attribution, create competing materials from, or commercially exploit the content without written permission.

Personal home-programme material may be used for the person for whom it was provided, subject to any instructions supplied with it.

12

Prohibited website use

You must not use the website to break the law, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, interfere with security, scrape content at scale, attempt unauthorised access, send spam or collect another person’s information without authority.

The centre may restrict access, preserve evidence and report suspected unlawful or harmful activity where reasonably necessary.

13

Third-party platforms and links

The website may link to maps, social media, WhatsApp, payment, video, hosting or other third-party services. Those services are operated under their own terms, availability and privacy practices.

A link or technical integration does not mean that the centre controls or guarantees the external service. Use of a third-party platform may require you to accept the provider’s separate terms.

14

Privacy and confidential information

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy and the centre’s clinical and administrative practices.

Therapeutic confidentiality has legal, professional and safety limits. Information may be used or disclosed when authorised, required by law, needed to protect a person from serious risk, or reasonably necessary to coordinate services with an authorised professional.

Read the Privacy Policy
15

No guarantee of outcome

Occupational Therapy outcomes differ between individuals and depend on factors such as health, diagnosis, participation, environment, opportunities for practice, attendance and changing circumstances.

The centre does not promise a cure, a particular developmental milestone, a fixed recovery time, school performance, employment outcome or any other guaranteed result.

Clinical plans may change when new information becomes available or when progress, safety or priorities change.

16

Responsibility and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, the centre is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate or withheld information, unauthorised use of therapy material, failure to follow safety advice, third-party platforms or events outside reasonable control.

Website availability and content are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. The centre does not warrant uninterrupted access or that every technical error will be corrected immediately.

17

Pausing or declining services

The centre may pause, modify or decline a service when it is outside professional scope, clinically unsuitable, unsafe, affected by non-payment, dependent on missing consent, or disrupted by abusive or unlawful conduct.

Where reasonably possible, the centre will explain the administrative reason and may suggest another appropriate next step. This does not create an obligation to provide a service that is unsafe, unavailable or outside scope.

18

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to rights that must be available under applicable consumer or other mandatory law, courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes connected with these Terms or the website.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should first try to resolve the concern by contacting the centre with relevant details and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond.

19

Changes, severability and waiver

The centre may update these Terms when services, technology, law or operational practices change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current published version.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay in enforcing a provision does not mean that the right to enforce it later has been waived.

20
